I have been told by many people that have several years experience that they have offered to give you help on defense and ways to improve the team, yet I come to every game and the team doesnt look like they have improved at all. Have you ever tried shift defense? The entire court is covered and it flows so much better. I have been told that most of the team doesnt like the defense and they get frustrated with the back row situation. What is being done in practice to improve this? Because I have been told king of the court is the popular thing done in practice, but that wont teach technique or help improve. I would just like to know if any of this is going to be changed or improved, we are approaching league and those teams are very good!
I hope that this will be helpful for our team parents, and players to get information about games, practices, etc. Also, if you need to contact me, I have a link to my email address on here for you to do so. I will keep this as updated as possible, if you have pictures that you would like me to add to this, please e-mail them to me, and I will get them onto this as soon as possible. Thank you all for what you do. And I look forward to a great season with all of you.
Last year, we did not do well when it came to BINGO, and I want to make a concerted effort to do much better this year. The dates that we have for BINGO are listed below, please plan to volunteer for at least one of these nights, or to make the required arrangements for one of these nights to be covered. Thank you very much from myself and the Cypress High School Athletic Booster Club -Sincerely Coach Andrew Wheeler
Bingo Dates January 20 February 17 March 16 April 6 May 25 June 22
